Get the YouSendIt Plug-in for Aperture Now

The YouSendIt Apple(R) Aperture(tm) plug-in created quite a buzz at MacWorld in San Francisco and now the plug-in is available for download. Once installed, you can send your photos directly from Aperture. No need to create a file in the size and resolution you need and then search for the file in the finder, select the file type you want to send directly in the plug-in, add the email address and a brief note to the receiver and the file is on its way.

Aperture is a leading photo management software used by professional and serious amateur photographers alike. Early feedback to our plug-in from professionals using Aperture extensively are very positive: "This is exactly what we need".

The usage of the plug-in is really simple.

Select the files you want to send and open the plug-in from the file menu

Enter the recipient's email addresses (you can add multiple addresses), select the image format you want to send and add a message to the recipients. Click Export. The photos are on their way. As soon as the files are sent, you and the recipients get an email with download instructions. No need to burn CDs or upload to an FTP server and then alert the recipient to download.
