On 10/1 our website and service was down due to a faulty DNS server which caused our service to be inaccessible to our users. After extensive troubleshooting and testing, we identified the solution and restored service. Going forward we will continue to improve the performance of our service by deploying additional mirror sites in different geographic locations to ensure uninterrupted service to all of our customers.
