So, first of all, thanks for using YouSendIt to conveniently deliver those large files. You're saving resources, finances, and time...
Okay. Almost always.
This morning, some customers experienced problems accessing our services. (A delay... though still faster than overnight shipping. But I know... it's just not what you're used to when using YouSendIt.)
Worry not. We've worked it out. (This is the explanation part).
My recon has turned up the following official word-on-the-street:
Our service was experiencing a very high load resulting in some customers experiencing problems logging in and accessing our website. We have
addressed the issues and taken steps to prevent a reoccurrence.
(This statement is brought to you by our brilliant customer service and engineering teams.... If I've learned anything here, it's that these guys know what's up!)
Which brings me to our next "thank you"....
Thanks for making sure we knew there was a problem.
I mean, WE KNEW. Trust us. We knew... but just in case we didn't, our loyal customers were there to make sure we we're on the case.
So, If you were one of those users who got a bit stuck this morning, thanks for hangin' in there! Occasionally, even YouSendIt experiences a technological rebellion. Crazier things have happened...
But rest assured, we don't anticipate them happening to us anymore.
