June 29, 2011Mashable, IDC, and EMC predict that the world’s data will double every two years. The History of the Camera
May 10, 2011Cameras were first seen around 1,000 A.D., where you could only see an image through a hole that you then had to trace. Now through smart phones you get instant gratification to print and share your pictures to anyone on the web. As a kid I remember only having disposable cameras, where you hope everything came out the way you remembered it. Now using my iPhone I can upload images to twitter, email them to family, and post them to my Facebook account. On Mashable you can see the evolution of the camera, and be thankful none of us have to go back to disposable cameras ever again.
Tell us about your first camera and the “high-tech” features it had at the time; for example my first camera was a Fuji, where you had to put in the film yourself in the back, then wait a week to develop the film…I don’t miss it.
